1.1. Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances: a. The product is delivered faulty or damaged. b. The product is not as described or does not meet the specifications outlined at the time of purchase. c. The product is not in line with the consumer laws of the United Kingdom.
1.2. Please note that due to the personalised nature of our products, they are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or if you simply do not like the product.
