Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of personalised laser engraved products (“Products”) by LUXECUT (“Company”) to you (“Customer”). By placing an order for Products with the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders

1.1. By placing an order through our website or any other approved platform, you agree to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms.

1.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, which reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to availability, inaccuracies, or errors in Product or pricing information.

1.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including personalisation details for laser engraving.

2. Personalisation

2.1. The Company offers personalised laser engraving services for selected Products.

2.2. You acknowledge and agree that any text, image, or design provided by you for personalisation must not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

2.3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all information provided for personalisation is correct. Once an order is placed, the Company cannot amend personalisation details.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse personalisation requests that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

3.2. The Company only accepts payment by credit and debit card online.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

4.2. Shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.

4.3. Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to report any issues such as faults or damage during transit by delivery.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1. In the event that a Product is received in a faulty or damaged condition, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

5.2. Refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged Products will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for payment.

5.3. Except as provided in Clause 5.1, all sales are final, and the Company does not offer refunds or accept returns for personalised laser engraved Products.

6. Liability

6.1. The liability of the Company for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sale of Products shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant Product.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Learn more here.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or other approved platforms.
