Dispatch Timeframe
At LuxeCut, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. While most products are dispatched within 2-4 working days, our maximum dispatch timeframe is up to 14 working days. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards for every order.
If, in rare cases, your order has not been dispatched within 14 working days, please contact us to discuss options. Compensation will not be considered until the 14-working-day period has elapsed.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be shipped using the delivery method you selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the courier and your location. We usually use Royal Mail for our shipping, You can find more information here. For special orders or pre arranged delivery/pickup please get in touch for more information. Please note that LuxeCut is not liable for any delays or damages that occur after your order has been dispatched. We recommend contacting the courier directly for updates or concerns about your shipment once it is in transit.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
